Executive Law - 18 October 1999 (Decreto de 18 de outubro de 1999) Transfers the competence of coordinating and implementing actions for SIPAM’s functioning to the Deliberative Council of the Amazonian Protection System, installing within the Ministry of Defense an Executive Department to support it.
Transfers, from the Ministry of Defense to the Presidential Staff Office, the Executive Department of the Deliberative Council of the Amazonian Protection System, changing its name and indicating other requirements. Executive Law 5283, 24 November 2004 (Decreto nº 5.283 de 24 de novembro de 2004) Amends article 3 of Executive Law 4200, 17 April 2002, which transfers, from the Ministry of Defense to the Presidential Staff Office, the Executive Department of the Deliberative Council of the Amazonian Protection System, changing its name and indicating other requirements. |
